thoughts today

It has been a almost three year process to get to this point. and it has been an amazing journey.
I have dreamed of being a published author my entire life. I started writing at 12 and never really gave up the dream. Although I didn't think it would ever really happen I just wasn't one of those people who got their dreams. But now I see that isn't so. I think of writing as a gift I have been intrusted with and it's up to me to develop it and share it with others. I love to write and see what will come out of my own head, sometimes I surprise myself. There are times when I am very impressed with what I write and then there are times when I know it is doo,doo. Those ones I just delete. I will say this, I Love to Write! I love the process of getting a book published but I don't love being patient, and I don't love rejection. But because it goes with writing I have to handle it too. Cause I love writing.
